I need to get WooCommerce Order Details for Google Tag Manager WITHOUT USING A PLUGIN

Hello. I need to pass WooCommerce Order Details into Google Tag Manager WITHOUT USING A PLUGIN. So we'd be grabbing this data with custom code. I can supply SFTP credentials. I'm told I'll need to pass this variable into GTM, and will need to know how that's done as well. I'm on a super tight deadline crunch. If you've done this before, then this should be easy. If not, it might throw you for a loop. I need the task done before 4:30 EST today. That's 2 hours from right now. To be clear - I need you to input dynamic variables so the correct data gets passed to GTM for all customers, then we need to remove redundant tracking, then you need to show me what was done. Please reply with a quick recap of what you think I need done in your own words so I know you understand what I'm asking/needing done. Thanks!
