I hired another freelancer to connect all the above. This was done however, somhow an older database on my computer is the db that is attached to the new folder created. I have a theme for Wordpress that needs the following plugins added 1) newsletter signup 2) audio files 3) Paypal 4) blog for Note worthy society rants, that goes across the the screen like a stock ticker 5) live feed for broadcasting the first 1 - 3 is a must, I have the replacement pictures for the theme i already have and the Paypal info as well. 4 & 5 can wait, however if can be done as well, i would be cool with that.
