Make TCP Protocol IOT devices communicate with our current PHP Backend System

Develop a solution for our App's backend (written in PHP) to communicate with an IOT device. The IOT devices have sim cards, and operate on TCP protocol. The IOT device have around 20 different instructions, with multiple calls/response functions. Our system will request data form the IOT device approx every 5 minutes, around 20 times per day it will stream some simple GPS data, and as required the system will ping the IOT devices to turn on/off different commands. We will supply the full IOT protocol information as we discuss the project with Freelancers. Freelancer will asses if we should use a MQTT broker/server or if we can communicate directly from our backend to the IOT devices. 2. Freelancer will develop a solution that allows our backend system to communicate with the IOT devices 3. Freelancer will develop solution in collaboration with out tech team to make sure the solution works with out backend system (for example, we may need the TCP communication converted to simple JSON HTTP requests for our backend) 4. Freelancer will develop the solution that can scale to over 1,000 IOT devices 5. Freelancer will develop working simple TCP communication test within 3 business days 6. Freelancer will deliver full solution within 7 business days
