Install Request Tracker 4.4.3 on Ubuntu 16.04 I'll provide a new cloud server with ssh access. I'll forward domain to that server from google domains. I'll also forward MX record for the email address. Prerequisites Install all required prerequisites so RT installs without bugs or issues. Install Certbot so the instance is secure. Install RT 4.4.3 Configure RT to work with outbound and inbound emails. Local mailbox is okay. RT sends email notifications when a new ticket is created etc, and when you send a new incoming email into RT, it create a ticket out of that email. Need to have this functionality. The other guy already installed RT 4.2 for me, but he said to install RT 4.4.3 it needs to be compiled or something. Also make sure reminders work as well, and RT is fully functional. Instructions Please provide step instructions so I can install it on another test server. I will need to test instructions to make sure they work. Please make them easy, because I am not a linux expert.
