Project Description I want to build a channel manager to manage inventory and rates from hotels to the below mentioned Online Travel Portals It is going to be an ASP.NET web application. Only people who has prior experience developing 'Hotel Channel Manager' apply. Manage all online & offline hotel sales functions from a single cloud solution, accessible from any web-powered device. Automate room distribution across OTAs, website booking engines, travel agents & hotel sales desks. My requirement are as per mentioned: 1. Sell maximum rooms possible on all the channels with No Risk of Overbooking 2. Automatic Real-Time inventory sync across all the channels when a booking is made 3. A Single Dashboard gives you a clear picture of your online distribution system and performance by channel partners 4. Smart Analytics - To see which online channels are delivering the most revenue for your hotel 5. Two-way communication with our Central Reservation System, Booking Engine and several PMS for high revenue. 6. User friendly interface for quick bulk rate and inventory updates across all channels 7. Receive Automatic Notifications when inventory allocation on your extranets is 'Low' or 'Sold Out' and offer Last Room Availability 8. Mobile App - Manage all OTA's Rates, Inventory & Bookings 9. Connect Major OTAs our Channel Manager. 10. Rate Dynamics features 11. Mark NO SHOW for PAY AT HOTEL bookings from Channel Manager. e.g [login to view URL] My aim is to sell this software or webpage with login details to various hotels and to get revenue based commission from the hotelier.
