get website working on VPS error messages attached.

We get an error when trying to access the website, and also when trying to access the cpanel. It's on a VPS I own, and the server is up and running, can access other websites on the server. My server manager has passed away, so I have the access – but not the skill to fix this. Please bid to resolve this and to get the site working again, and to tell me what the problem was, and if your fix is permanent or temporary. If we need to delete other hosting accounts off the server we can do that, there are a lot that can be deleted to free up server space.
