Finish a Wordpress site using theme with custom coding!

I am a graphic artist/designer looking for a developer to help me finish my website. Currently it's a live Wordpress site using Kalium theme. It'll be used as a portfolio upon launch but has been built with a blog and shop which will be utilized in the near future. The overall goal for this project is to achieve the look of the mock ups as close as possible. An itemized list can be found below. General - Achieve look of mock ups (style, placement, & size of copy on all pages) - Adding the page name to the LEFT of the menu icon. Footer - Adjust text to match mock up Home Page - Build a homepage or 1st screen with animation that leads into content. CONTACT PAGE - Add minimal contact form - Change color scheme of social links to match footer (no color) NAVIGATION MENU - Center items horizontally & vertically - Center social links at bottom WORK PAGE - Center tags - Change the tag All to be lowercase ‘all’ - Sticky Tags - Adding some animation to "tags". all black as default - when hovered link turns pink rest turn black strikethrough - active link stays pink BLOG - Turn slider background for images from black to white to match other sliders - Change the rollover color to match other - Change pink in comment section of blog page (*see below for an update on this)
