I have a very basic Magento module. I need to extend it. The module should add extra field to EDIT ACCOUNT INFORMATION (and registration) (screenshot 1 attached) and to Account information in backend (screenshot 2 attached), and to registration upon checkout (Screenshot 3) I need a checkbox called Member. If the checkbox is checked it should show the following extra fields: Mobile Number (text input) Receive email marketing (checkbox) Receive SMS marketing (checkbox) Accept terms (checkbox) If Member is checked, the following fields are required: Mobil number, Accept terms. I expect the Module to be extended to handle this, and a thorough guide on how to add it to the Frontend registration form, so it's easy to handle in another theme.
