Customise eWallet - Online Payment Gateway

Need customisation for the e-wallet application at: [login to view URL] - a loan function user to user and system to user. Admin should be able to set interest rate for the entire loan system. Admin should be able to add transaction fees for payments. - group function to be able to organise users in independent groups and sub-groups with the possibility of payment between groups and sub-groups. Groups and sub-groups should allow different membership levels with subscription (account fees) - Account number and account fees function: possibility for admin to set account number pattern to each group or sub-group, and set account fees. - Token number function to generate or assign automatically add token number to user account on registration or manually later from admin. Token should be an identification method with expiry date and confirmation PIN number for transaction. Token can be displayed as bar-code or QR code. Possibility to activate, deactivate or cancel token from admin. Possibility for user to set or modify token PIN number. Possibility to assign multiple token to a user from admin - Agent or broker function to manage groups and users assigned to him and also get commission on transaction and account fees - SMS transaction function to allow users to initiate payments and payment requests, check balance, make withdraw by SMS. Also allow possibility to have multiple SMS gateways. - add 3 custom payment gateways for funding and withdraw using API - Integrate these functions to the main API to allow integration to external apps Please note that the project may not start before 2 or 3 weeks.
