Changes to Codeigniter website

I have a few pages built on a codeigniter site which need to be changed/updated. This will involve html, css, php and/or mysql. [Initiatives CRUD] Page The page displays existing data has buttons triggering modals for entering, reviewing and editing data in the database. • Add another field to the search criteria – there is a text field for filtering the table based on several fields (columns). I would like to add another field to the filtering list. The field is the row ID. • The modal for entering data has a one or more radio button groups which are not working and needs to be corrected. I know one is not working, I’m checking the rest. • I need two new input fields added and the CRUD queries to be updated to include the new field. The fields are already in the database just not on the modal for entering and viewing the initiative data. • I would like a date to be calculated in the database (the next upcoming Friday)….ie. if it is Monday, August 29, 2016 (2016/08/29) then the date in week ending should be 2016-09-02. It can be done during entering data phase….however you accomplish is fine. On the reporting page: [initiatives Filtering] Page – This page takes filtered/displayed information and allows for viewing on screen and printing. • There is a text field for entering information which needs to be removed or replaced. • [LPCode] I need a dropdown box with checkboxes whose values represent the possible values in the table/field. If I select them, then the query will return where checked = yes. Default = ALL YES • Dropdown Filter (Awarded: Yes/No/All) • On the current report functionality (page table and on the excel download), the columns need to be modified and fields to be added (i.e. proposal id added and maybe one or two more). On the Proposal Filtering page • There are currently 3 filters which need to be fixed. I presume this would be updating the html and fixing the myqsl queries. Currently dropdown – should be checkboxes.
