Change odds api provider on sports website

Today we have an odds api on one of our website, its a free odds api from Betclick which is delayed and not suitable for our needs. We need to add a new odds api to replace the current one and we allready have the new api access and documentations ready. The website is built in Cake / php with mysql database its a betting website project so we also need a auto refresh of the odds, meaning automated update to keep the odds up to date. Today the betting system do not have auto closure, meaning if someone place a bet on a match and win, the admin needs to manually close the ticket and enter results on all tickets which is a pain if going live, i need an automated function, if a person bets on a match, when it closes the ticket should be automatically updated with win or loss results and fund (if winning) transfered to player account. So basically the job description would be: 1. change odds api data provider 2. make the odds auto refresh without loading the entire page (only the odds) 3. make automated closure of the tickets with win / loss results and funding. System: Php / Cake with Mysql I need someone who can start asap with this and deliver fast, i do not have time to wait for weeks, also all programming shall be considered my property and no parts or full system can be saved or shared by you with anybody else.
