Automated Software to Generate English Names for Chinese People In China

We are starting a website in China helping Chinese people to choose an appropriate English name. We need to automate the whole process, as we expect a large response. The services we offer are: 1. Simple name select. Task: we need 3 random names (or 6 or 9 or 12 for additional cost) selected from an approved list and inserted into a pdf and attached to an email, automatically sent once the customer has paid by Alipay (scanning the QR code first to gain access to the pdf). 2. Name research. Task: The customer sends us 3 names, and we automatically provide background information on that name: i.e. country of origin, meaning and possibly a list showing its popularity in the last 3 years (this list is not essential if it is too difficult). 3. Names by category. Task: we will provide a list of 3, 6, 9, or 12 names (separated by boy or girl) based on different categories, such as 'Cool Names', 'Royal Names' 'American Names', 'Twins' etc, very similar to point 1. Additional Points: We have run the idea through on a wix website. We have the content (words & pics) already in both English & Chinese. No need for translation, no need for further web layout, but the site obviously needs to display Chinese characters, but you do not need to understand mandarin to complete the project. Wix now has the ability to use code in its websites, so this should make the whole process much easier to keep in one location I guess...it is a new service, though, so I'm not sure how bug free it is. It shouldn't be too hard to import the relevant lists of names directly into a DB? Please let us have your thoughts on the above, together with cost and estimated delivery time. We are a startup, so obviously cost is an important factor; however, if you come up with an awesome solution and can justify the cost, then we will happily consider it.
