Video Scrapper for downloading & uploading video files

We would like to get a browser extension similar to the one of pinterest, which has the following functions:

When I surf through the internet, the extension detects every possible video and shows a button named „Copy“ next to it. 
If a user clicks on this button a window pops up in which is a formula that includes 
„Article Title“ Video Title“ „Video Category“ „Article Image“ „Article Category“ and „Article Text“.
The user must fill in (Video Title, Article Title, Video & Article Category) - just then he can click on the download button which is inside the popped up window as well.
After clicking the download button, the video will be automatically downloaded, temporarily saved in any of our servers and then automatically uploaded to our AOL Video Portal ([login to view URL]) through their API: [login to view URL] 
After this upload process is finished the Scrapper first gets the video ID-Adress via API from AOL and then creates with that also via API a suiting article in our Wordpress CMS and saves the article there. If anything is not clear, feel free to ask us!
