Web Hosting Site Required Design + Code

Hi, I need a webdesite designed as well as coded for a web hosting company, we will be offering dedicated servers, web hosting, email hosting, VOIP services etc. We will need a coder to implement modern bill for the payment system of the site. Coder will also implement a ticketing system as well most likely be using [Kayako SupportSuite v3.00.90][1] for the ticket system. The site will need to be professional designed and coded. The implementation is very crucial.
