This will be the requirement/guide for i2k website.
1. [[login to view URL]][1] will be static website
2. Pages will be in 'HTML / HTM' and the pages can contain 'GIF, JPEG & FLASH'.
3. Client-side javascripts can be incorporated wherever necessary.
4. Use one CSS file. This makes editing much easier.
5. Use current website structure. This means, links & contents will be taken from the current website (Example HOME, CONTACT, PRODUCTS Etc.).
6. Website design (Looks & feel, color etc.) & Navigation style will be at the discretion of the designer.
7. Make a workable website that can be uploaded on the fly.
8. Use one separate folder to store images, flash. js, css etc.
9. Original files such as PSD, FLA, etc. needs to be available on request.
10. NOTE: Current website is DYNAMIC that also has search facility and others. Such facilities are not required for the new STATIC website. No server-side programing is required.

We wish to re-vamp our website [[login to view URL]][1]. Design should be EXTREMELY ATTRACTIVE. Note that we have following products
1. DynaMind
2. Knowledge Server
3. ZenMaster
4. ZenStar
You need to create VERYATTRACTIVE animation for each of the above products. They will be showcased on the website.
You need to create site map and write all text on the page.
I am uploading a presentation that will give you basic details for each of the issue mentioned above.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
