When a function purchase is made the invoice also generates a refernce code whereby direct bank entries can be made to an account and tracked. 7. integration with QR codes 8. sales/order tracking that also integrates with a customer loyalty program 9. ability for hosts to generate referrals from the system to email that allow recipients to click on links in the email that bring the users back to the system and then the system credits the host with that referral BASIC OVERVIEW ON FUNCTIONALITY: The application is for a restaurant/bar and allows admin/managers to assign products and also areas of the venue and title these, as well as indicate the price and commodities avaibale. Customers to book for functions depending on the availability. Also customers to choose items from a menu that admin/managers can edit and then purchase menu packages and pay online prior to their visit as well as indicate various criteria as the expected time of arrival and also how long they wish to stay. This allows the restaurant to have the food ready from the moment of arrival for the customers that reduces waiting times. QR codes allow special promotions to be carried out whereby customers can take the picture of the QR code on their mobile phone and then respond to the promotion by sms'ing back or forwarding on the QR code picture to other people's mobile phones. The QR code generator also helps the hosts to be able to track their sales and promotions of the various products and packages. The messaging service allows internal web based emails to be sent within. Also when recipients receive a message they can receive a notification by sms that they have a message waiting. The system also tracks expenditure, whereby customers can recieve a rewards program as designated by admin/managers. The system also allows sales generated by hosts to be viewed through a selection criteria set up admin/managers to manage team performance. Hosts can also take on sub hosts and start teams whereby the system tracks the performance of the overall team or individual hosts in that team. The application can be done in PHP/AJAX with SQL. Open source code may be used. The project also requires a decent and modern web interface that is managed by a CMS.
