We have a new client who owns a Visual Basic / Access database they purchased from the vendor a few years back. They use this database to keep track of their closed deals. The client has contacted Imperatif and would like Imperatif to partner with them to undertake TeleMarketing calls using Imperatif's CRM database (Salesforce) In order for us to extract data required for us to perform tasks the client requires we need to be able to build a custom report of all new deals in the last week. However the original vendor of the Visual Basic / Access database will not do this / build this report for the clients as they now demand that the client goes on a licence system (as they bought the program outright). We are looking for someone who can help us build this report within the database and possibly look at solutions around extracting the data taking into account the original vendor may not want to assist.

Hello. I am an Excel and Access VBA expert. I have many years' of database development experience and good feedback from previous clients on the site. While your project description doesn't carry much detail around the required report, the level of complexity depends on the structure of the database, which will impact on how long it would take to deliver the final product. Nevertheless, I am confident that it can be completed within 7 days (maximum). Assistance from the vendor is not critical unless the database/report required is unusually complex and/or a sample of the database is not available. Best regards, Brent
