Wordpress Blog Re-design

I have a Wordpress blog at http://joanne-thomson.com. This should be an easy job for someone who knows what they are doing with Wordpress. I am able to give you examples of other blogs that you can take a look at to get a general idea of what I am looking for. I am looking for someone who is able to replace the current Wordpress theme on my blog with a new one that looks clean and tidy and must have a plain, White background. The blog is receiving some traffic, but the new Wordpress theme must be search engine optimized. The header and footer and the opt-in form that is on the blog must be able to fit the new Wordpress Theme. I would also like you to add a home page, a Who is Joanne Thomson page, a Contact Me page and the ability to add other pages. Basically, everything that is on the current blog theme including the article posts and category headings should be transferred over to the new Wordpress theme and the new Wordpress theme should show adsense ads, clickbank ads, amazon ads, RSS Feed icon and Twitter icon.
