This is a port of a Mac game to the iPhone. Although I'm happy to share the original C/C++ code with you, I'd much rather you play the game (attached to this bid request) and then use all of the art, sounds, music, etc. to create an iPhone-friendly version of the game. The game is half tetris clone, half block-matching puzzle game in which the user frees kittens trapped in blocks of ice. The user must arrange falling blocks of "ice" to free the "kittens" trapped inside. The rules of the game should stay more or less the same, but of course, the game play should be more in-line with iPhone user expectations. That is, instant play, remembering the user's last level/state automatically, allowing the user to rotate the blocks using his/her fingers, etc. The full rules of the game are explained within the demo of the game provided, or I can help answer any questions you may have before bidding/beginning work. Essentially, though, the user must rescue as many kittens as possible before the time runs out - for every kitten you rescue, the time before the inevitable gameover is extended by a few more seconds... - Kittens are rescued if any five or more of them are touching, and the time is extended by six seconds. - The time is also extended by six seconds for every extra kitten if the chain is more than five kittens long ??" but frozen kittens are only released from their icy imprisonment by forming solid lines of frozen kittens and ice. - Please play the demo Mac game attached to this bid request as playing the game is considerably clearer than reading about it. :)
## Deliverables
Please note that although I have all of the art, sounds and music used in the Mac version of the game, these files may need you to make minor editing/format conversions for them to work on the iPhone.
