** VERY SMALL PROBLEM WITH PERL SCRIPT **

I made a small modification a few weeks ago to this script manually where I changed one of the email addresses in the last section: To: changed email address Ever since approximately 09/11/2007, no leads which have been processed by this script have been inserted into the mySQL database: kbs table: leads. I need some help to fix that please and explain why this is suddenly failing. I am still receiving all email notifications of leads. Leads are generated when filling out the proper web based form (I will provide this short form / URL to you once I pick you for the project). I would prefer that you do not submit any tests to the live form if possible without my knowledge. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
