Template Design + 1 PHP Dynamic Page

I’m thinking this should be fairly easy: I will give more information once a bidder is chosen. Programmer would need to know the following: Website Design PHP Graphic Design Mod Rewrite Some SEO **DESIGN PORTION:** Need 3 pages - Index - Dyanamic Page - Ariticle page Look similar to but not enough to be confusing to <[login to view URL]> - color and basic style and Text okay; maybe some extra colors like orange Image Map of the US similar to [[login to view URL]][1]_ studios/[login to view URL] but in a color that fits the design A “Go?? Button Similar to <[login to view URL]> for logo and go buttons Any JavaScript or CSS used called externally from a separate file **PHP Portion** Really it's very simple - I've built it in coldfusion but want it moved over to PHP. Only 1 page really needs to be dynamic for example - [login to view URL] Just needs to call from the page the products that go with each state. In my coldfusion site I used "If Then Else" statements to check the URL parameters then Set each of the variables to be displayed later in the page based on the state in the URL.
