PHP + MySQL website script fix bugs + deployment(repost)

hello i want to run a music (music only) upload/listen website the script is based on clipshare (demo here: [login to view URL]) my (simplified) version can be found here: [login to view URL]~kolotocs/ i'm looking for someone who will fix some bugs, implement some features and prepare the script for live deployment the script is set up on a debug/development server for now the final product should be fat solid - i'm most concerned about security and misuse of the script, how to make it hackerproof this is the forum about the bugs: [login to view URL] as i've mentioned, my script is a siplified version, so not all the bugs apply - for example - i deleted Groups feature, Public/Private content differentiation, features to implement: i can think of a few for now being able to see the progress bar when uploading a file encoding username/password in database - and do this the right way main bugs to fix: messaging system not secure, not reliable Friends feature not reliable raitings of the songs not reliable this is not a project where it's enough to delete or change some links here and there, please only bid if you can help thanks for checking out miso ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
