PHP Database Q&A script

I am looking for a module to add to my website which will allow users to enter in a question and receive a reply based on keywords they entered retrieved from a database. I want this in order to cut down on redundant emails on regularly asked questions. See a model of what I want at: [login to view URL] Click on "Ask Comcast" at the middle left hand side page. A: There is no existing database as of yet. - Are there specific keywords defined for each answer/question, or do I have to do a complete text search? Will you define the keywords if necessary? A: We will start by offering you a small amount of keywords and associated answers. We definetly need the ability to add keywords and answers as we go. Eventually we will have a couple hundred keywords and phrases ## Deliverables - Do you need admin screens to add/remove quest ion/answers to the database? A: The easier to add questions/answers - the better. - After the users input, do you want to suggest possible matching questions like in the examplem to the user, or do you want to present the user directly with the answers? A: As in Ask Comcast it would be nice to have a selection of answers the user can choose from. - Comcast system is Flash-based. Do you want Flash-based system also or just PHP/MySQL is fine. A: It doesnt matter to me- Speed and Image is very important. As long as users get a quick response with a nice interface either is fine. Please review the above answers and comment if necessary.
