Outlook View Pane

I am seeking some C++ code that will enable the following; a) View Pane I need to be able to display a standard message in the view pane of MS Outlook, and hopefully a graphic, if a certain type of email is received. The email header already contains a few lines so it is a matter of seeing those lines in the header of the email and then displaying a static message in the view pane when the email is selected - but not the content of the email, just a predetermined static message. I am tired of people saying they can do a job and then do not fulfill. Do not waste my time or your if you are not 100% sure you can do this. You will need to be able to demonstrate this first before I will accept the job because three times now I have accepted a coder only to find out they could not deliver.
