mysql replication reconfiguration

I have 2 Centos dedicated servers hosted at HOST FOR WEB. one of them is working as master and the other as slave in a mysql replication set at phpmyadmin. The problem is that replication is falling almost everyday. It think its because an old not used table. Currently replication is replicating my whole database but I need it to replicate just a few tables (about 5). So, I want someone to reconfig my replication specifying only the tables we need.
