To create a simple Windows app feedback system with linked to a database. Within the system the user types their ID card number and press enter to access the system. The system should verify time and date of the feedback posted and form the databas the student course Type. Once the students completes the feedback by clicking on one of the smiley faces. On the database it must display the results of the student, their ID number, there course and the time/date of the feedback.

You could use C# .NET Compact Framework as well for this purpose. I have a question: what database type you need to use? Is it SQL Compact Edition Database or another format?
