A POC project in APACHE CORDOVA

I want a small app done. Since its a POC, thus UI and coding style doesn't matter. I just want the functionality to be worked as per the specifications below: - It shall detect when a phone call is made or received by user's phone - On detection, it shall fetch the phone number or contact name (if the number is saved in phone's contact), with whom call is being connecting. - Later it shall make an http call to some random API (for now) - On successful http call, display the http result as a notification in user's phone Note: App is active or not, it shall detect the call (sending or receiving) like any other call detector app.
