help with simple web and mobile app

I'm looking for people who can do a one-on-one tutorial on simple mobile and web app. Need to be able to meet up in person to help. Location in Manila, preferably near BGC. I am looking for three people who have the following skills: Person 1 Requirement: Python web developer - at least 3+ years of experience. Other tools I will be using: Django, Bootstrap, SQL/SQLite, Flask. Person 2 Requirement: iOS developer - at least 2 years of experience. Need to be familiar with basic tool chain and Swift. Person 3 Requirement: Cordova/PhoneGap/Ionic developer - at least 2 years of experience. Need to be familiar with building cross platform iOS/Android mobile apps. I need help setting up development tool chain and getting a basic tutorial. Bonus if you have multiple Android devices to test on. Please include your GitHub profile for references.
