Convert From Sketch File to Code UI Elements

We have a project that has 35 screens. we are looking for an IOS developer who can code UI programmatically who: 1. For each element in the screen (Like UITextField, UILabel, UIBotton, UIImageview) create a custom UIClass that creates our custom UI. 2. The UI class defines on point 1, should have public functions in order to edit common elements, like image, text or other. 3. For each screen, you should create a custom UIViewController where you can place the custom elements define on point 1, define the size, location. Notes: the View will only apply to Iphone 6 up to Iphone X, portrait Mode only. You should use Swift 4.0 and Xcode 9. Payment will be made by each screen deliver. Pricing should be sent prior to coding for and acceptance in pricing. Pricing should be fixed by a screen. You should Deliver the UIViewController class and the others UI custom components build. We don't want to reuse elements from other components or project to prevent copyrights. please don't import other components. What defines a good delivery? we will take all the classes you made and embedded in our project, if its successful build and reflects the most accurate behavior as the screen provides​, we release payment.
