Hello Sir, I can understand you requirement, that you need to an android app developed for which you have the design ready. However as I checked you asked only for Bangalore's developers, if you get one, that will be good, but in case if you consider me, I can assure you that I will be as good as any one in understanding your requirement and built the application in the exact desired way you require.
