I want to make VM manage program.

Now I am running a hundread of VM which is for VPN role. It based on OpenWRT router OS. on this each server, Openvpn is running. and HOST OS is Esxi 6.0 Sometimes I delete it all and make it again. For chaging IP adress. By Using PowerCLI which can distribute VM. When It's distributing, PowerCLI put some code in openwrt image each by each for putting UUID, upload openvpn profile. Now I need this VM manage program. 1. Manager program can put id and password whenever. and using check box, multi setting up is able. and, I can limit Until what time ID PASSWORD are able to use. (1month, 2month, 3month~12month.) 2. Similar funtion, Manager program can change mac address. My ISP recognize Mac address to give IP Address. I've tried changing mac address to use esxi mac address changing funtion, It worked for virtual machine, but It did not work for VM. So It's for the changing IP Address. When I check checkbox of some VM to change IP Address, It should be works then. 3. Now I am using openvpn, furthermore, I want to add proxy server funtion. and I want this server upload proxy server profile for proxifier. * and one more, I need the program which is limited in funtionally as well. Not full funtion of What I've talking about it. Only ID PASSWORD and Period of use. One more + If You can realize it to use mikrotic router, So I don't need to use Esxi. then It would be main controll server and several mikrotic router node.
