I have almsot 7 year experience in php and AWS things like S3, Ec2, Load balancer setup, cloud front(cdn) setup, SES, RDS etc... if you domain is with amazon than it will easily be solved.. if domain is on another provider like godaddy, hostgator or others... it may take some time.. but it will be solved for sure..
