I need to form an LLC or corporation for a bussiness which main activity is import and distribution of fresh produce, I´m not a US resident so I would like to know on which state is better to form the LLC. Imports would be done through McAllen TX and Nogalez AZ. I would hire an external service for this matter. Sales would be done through internet. If you need more info please ask me. Regards.
