Hi, Please note my queries below- The purchase price is $ 1.0 million USD with $ 35,000 USD as an advance payment. Remaining balance of $ 9,65,000 is to be paid within 2 years with no interest. My question is on clause 2.4, wherein a payment of $ 800,000 within the first year by purchaser, you give a discount note to $ 800,000. Does it mean that you give a discount or waive off the remaining $ 165,000?
