I would like to know more about your application in order to share my point of view of a possible approach. I have worked in projects like this creating excel files from from LABVIEW for temperature and humidity readings.

This proposal expect to cover the requirements placed in the project description. The service supplied will be performed by one engineer certified by National Instruments experienced in test systems integration, in order to assure the success of the project, on time completion and delivery. -The main objective is develop a User interface to controlling a DL850E ScopeCorder Model (YOKOGAWA) for getting test data and save these data in Word and Excel files. -The hardware will be provided by the Customer. -The data obtained with this instrument must be detailed by the customer -The Test bench and connections must be shared in a Power point Presentation -The code is recommended in Object oriented programming with LabVIEW to cover the obsolescence of this instrument and easy scalability of the system in future requirements. -The configurations must be preset by the customer manual and can be detailed in a document to assure the functionality to programming is properly automated. The project management phases proposed is : Kick off meeting to define the Scope and responsibilities. Preliminary Design - first advance of project in User interface and Logs.
