Hi Experts, I am looking for a website expert who understands Adobe Cold Fusion and Javascript to fix a smart issue from my company website. Here is some background info. about the issue: - Envision by TechniCon is the catalog engine that is hosted on a Cold Fusion (CF) programming Javascript based website; - One of the catalog functions on the website is to take Autodesk files as inputs and generate PDF files as output; - The issue is the PDF generation process is error out somehow; Our IT team said they need someone know javascript to fix the problem. Attached some screenshots for reference. Thanks much!

The ColdFusion application cannot access the host etosrv.technicon.com. I checked through browser and command prompt the host is not accessible. As the host is not accessible so there is no data being returned and hence you are getting the XMLParse error.
