I could deliver your requirement in 1 day (if accepted on the weekend). For the DB I would recommend you PostgreSQL instead of MySQL (and to ditch mongo, NoSQL dbs are not really suited for most projects), however I would use an ORM (sequelize) so the DB in question doesn't matter* I write clean code, and can thoroughly document everything. If needed we could also make a 30ish min skype call so I answer any questions you have after delievery. * Oracle DB is not supported, but it's expensive and not really worth it anyway.
