Complete an existing Node.js/Socket.io web chat application project we have

Hi Web Developers We want someone to help us complete a chat project that the previous web developer was not able to complete. Many things are done but still some outstanding requirements for our web chat project. We have outlined the functions and bug fixes that are outstanding in our Trello account. The main thing would be setting up an Admin panel to control the various aspects of our chat. (Manage users, rooms, themes, etc). There are some other bugs related mostly to devices such as in iOS or Android. The web application is built with Angular 4 (Partly material design), Node.js, WebRTC, [login to view URL], MySQL. We require someone with experience with ALL those above technologies. Please no time wasters. Do not apply if you don't have time or just apply to as many projects as possible without really knowing or have experience in the field. Thanks for looking. P.S. Those who are selected and successful will have the potential to handle other future projects we will need done such as build an iOS and Android APP and add additional features to our chat room application.
