Software automation VBA

Thsi is the first part of a multi phase project I need VBA code for excel 2003(preferred method, but will consider another form of automation) that automates several tasks which all revolve around opening https: links most of which are PDF files in google chrome(Not IE) and saving and/or printing select pages. Default PDF viewer is foxit reader(which is the default reader and supports saving as text). Although links are secured, username and password information is not necessary to access the links, Authentication is from a already open window.
