Google Map API - Simple

We need a simple Google API map that pulls from a dynamically generated XML file of Information, address, name etc.. For a completed example go to [login to view URL] All we need is this exmaple map and XML file to include clickable popup's to display information we can add to the XML file. We need it to display Name Company Address Phone ## Deliverables All we need is this example in the link taken one step further. Just need to edit the XML to include Name, company address etc... Then in the main HTML map example, create popup event to display these variables line by line. Please also ad simple navigation controls. You do NOT have to do any dynamic population, we can dynamically change the XML, I just need a base example to add popup's for now 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
