Write iOS 10 Swift 3 Social Media App

I need an iPhone app built in iOS 10 using Swift 3. I have some very specific requirements for this application so please read the entire product description before bidding. The application needs to use Auto Layout. I am targeting as low as the iPhone 5 and as high as the iPhone 7 Plus. The app needs to be written in Swift 3. This is non-negotiable. It also needs to target at least iOS 9, but preferably 10. We can finalize this at the time the project is awarded. Furthermore, it will utilize Facebook Login. I will be using the Swift Cocoa pods Facebook Login API. It will also use MySQL for the backend. The app will need to send and receive messages. It will need geolocation or geofencing capabilities. It will have push notifications and all this will be down through an API call to a backend server hosted on Linux with a MySQL backend. Last but not least I will need the code to be well documented and organized. All visual assets should reside in specific folders and not littered all over the project. Frameworks need to be in their respective folders. The design for the app is already complete. I have the PSD files and they are ready to be implemented, so no need to worry about designing an interface. Most importantly I will require daily updates. I will provide the developer with a Bitbucket repo where nightly builds can be pushed to for my viewing. I am a software developer and although I am not very experienced with Swift, I know enough to get around, so I know what I am talking about. When you bid, please provide the a reasonable timeline for when the project will be done. I also need samples of your work.
