Social Media Marketing expert required -- 2

Please bid if you are expert only I am excited that I will be starting a business to sell postcards online soon and need to have someone guide me on how best to market the business via social media. Basically, I need a social media plan and someone to implement it. If you have the expertise (proven work is a must) I would love for you to tell me: (1) how you can help set me up initially (detail a fixed price and what it includes) and (2) continue managing the social media afterwards (hourly rate) please provide separate pricing for (1) and (2). - FACEBOOK I have an unpublished page and will need to set it all up along with understanding how to monetize it - GOOGLE PLUS / ADWORDS - YOUTUBE - KICKSTARTER I would like to create a crowdfunding campaign for the business and need help here - ANY OTHER POPULAR SOCIAL MEDIAS - note: I do not have a website yet… if you can help set up a Shopify website let me know. that’s a plus. The more detailed of an idea you can give me about you and your experience is very important!!! (note: let me know your familiarity with Hootsuite, Buffer, Hubspot, Edgar, etc.)
