My strategy is simple - finding the people who are most likely to have the money and the urgent need to buy such a home, and I'd start from there. It's basically split-testing different ad formats. Relevant Skills and Experience Like FB page posts with a nice collage featuring pictures of the home, Carousel advert, 1200 x 628 link click advert etc. I'd try to entice potential individuals or real estate brokers to take notice.
