Email-Marketing -in Bulk for 500/600K per Day

We are looking for an expert in Bulk Email Marketing with own stable email servers for bulk emails. We want someone who is experienced in setting up an email server (using Interspire or other) that is able to handle: - at least 500.000/600.000 (or more?) emails per day - should be able to use many many multiple rotating IP addresses -We are doing Marketing in Europe (Germany) - Inbox (even on free Mails like GMX or [login to view URL]) must have a high rate. With Cron Job - We pay every week due to many bad experiences. IMPORTANT: The amount is divided by 4 Weeks and paid on time every week. We are CAN-SPAM compliant but our lists, although opt-in, are aged so we will likely have some spam complaints from time to time. We are looking for a solution that won’t shut us down due to a complaint and if the IP is blacklisted then they can provide us with additional IPs. You have to remove the blacklisted IPs and change DAILY Senderdomain. Please bid only if you have experience in this and know what is involved in setting up an email server with rotating IPs.
