As a Recruitment Manager and Professional for over 11 years, I am responsible for servicing all staffing requests, primarily from the US Staffing market.
My job responsibilities are as follows:
1) Create job requisitions and accurately manage candidates through the recruiting workflow in applicant tracking systems. Managed up to 15 requisitions a week in technology hiring for Project Managers, DevOps, Cloud Computing, Data Analysts and Business Analysts, Networking, Microsoft Windows and Exchange and more.
2) Responsible for pre-interview screening, acting as the liaison between hiring manager and candidate; sending compensation agreement, offer, interview, and acceptance or rejection.
3) Responsible for carrying out the prospect mapping, pipeline mapping, candidates in line with customer requirement, preparation of reports, negotiations and finally candidate closure.
4) Attend business meetings regularly to understand client’s requirement & provide best solutions within available resources.
5) Handle talent acquisition and talent placements across various requirements in the organization such as Project Managers, Java, .NET, FullStack and more.
6) Drive candidate screening, interview & offer process, communicating with candidates throughout the process.
