I'm running a raffle at work for 200 people and need a tool to help me assign raffle tickets numbers for each of them. About 6500 tickets to assign and record people choice on submit. So later I could make a draw of these numbers. The tool To allow people to choose a department 1st then their name, according to their name a certain number of tickets they have in total, some may have 1 some 100. Pick numbers and submit their choice. So the tool is to only allow to pick a certain number of choices for each person. At the end all people to have chosen all available numbers and their choices are recorded. Please provide me with time needed for this project and platform you think you could do it on It could be anything html vba php page on a website and etc. Your choice
