We produce accounts etc for hospitality businesses. we want to produce a 'health check' on our website with 8-10 questions on it. The answers to the questions will then drive the content of a report that will include links to business calculators/web pages etc. This report will then be visible onscreen also downloadable/sent by email. I would provide the questions and answers part of the content with a map for how questions would produce the report. I would also provide company colours and an outline of how the question pages and the report would look.
