I am looking to consult with an web development and project management expert - ideally someone who has extensive experience in planning and managing WordPress development projects. I am currently in charge of a drafting a detailed project plan for creating a custom WordPress blog. So looking for a experienced WordPress consultant who can help answer my questions. I would like to understand how to plan for the project including key steps such as how to: - Plan time, resources and budget for design and development - Hire design team and UI/UX experts - Plan for launch and ongoing maintenance Thank you I am NOT looking to hire someone to build a website or do full scale development as yet Just 2 hour consulting session
