Nursing Home Brochure

Hello, I just hired someone to design a brochure and I don't like and need to start over. I attached their copy and a second copy with mark-ups. Here is a list of what I don't like- 1, there are way too many shapes and angles, it makes it very, very difficult to read and follow. 2. The information on each page is all over the place and don't flow together. You don't know where to look first and then how to follow along. 3. The spacing between the sentences are too wide in some places, example- the title on front cover (Stop Adverse Drug Reactions from taking a toll). It looks like 3 bullet points instead of the title. On page 2 it's the same way. You also have a lot of different font sizes and styles and it needs to be more consistent throughout the entire brochure. 4. The fonts are not consistent, they are all different font types and different sizes in the same sections See page 2 top left corner on attached doc for explanation.. What I need is 1st- A design that is commercial, professional that flows and easy to ready with about 25% white space. I don't want it cluttered and hard to read, it needs to flow.
