Hi. Your project sounds fun! I'm a British Special Effects Engineer, working in London. I often design props and scenery for films, and manufacture them on large 3-axis CNC routers. In fact, I've recently completed a project where I made these large hanging signs with the Seven Deadly Sins engraved into them. I then burnt/charred the wood and painted the engraved text with 'antique-gold' paint. They looked amazing! FYI, I wouldn't describe myself as a graphic designer (requested in your brief) but I'd be able to 3D model what you have described and present them as full rendered images. How does that sound? If you are happy with the visuals, I could then prepare them for CNC machining (even generating the G-code you require to machine them yourself?)
